This build was commissioned for a specific user, but he backed out of the deal after the spawn was already completed. The spawn is themed to look like Atlantis before it sunk. It includes a small shop, a library, and four empty towers that could easily be modified to fit something like a crates area. The dimensions are 75x75. If you purchase this build, you receive all rights to it and you may do whatever you wish with it, including resell it.
