RAM's a little high, but not enough to cause any problems. CPU usage is more than fine. Tools like ccleaner will have no affect. Im going to say it will most likely be thr graphics card in this case. Its a high end card so there should be no problems. possibility a faulty driver, try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them. The PC could currently not be using the graphics card, and just using onboard, this would explain the low FPS.

This.

Or you could have infected yourself and your GPU is being used as a crypto currency miner. This is also very likely.

I'm not an expert, but a cryptocurrency miner like bitcoin miners look for transactions for confirm. Each confirm they do they get a reward in BTC. The confirms are to make sure there is no cheating by adding fake money.

TBH that sounds like a reasonable, plausible explanation.
Is there a way to delete it?

Never even crossed my mind, ive heard of this happening to someone before. Try installing malwarebytes and doing a full scan.

Can you explain how crypto currency mining works? I've never understood it how do you mine for crypto currency and why does it make your computer so slow?

I would like to hear about that too

I've never been into cryptocurrency mining with botnets but Ninja1 gave a decent explanation.

It basically functions like a RAT. You download it, run it, it will keep itself active in the background and use your idle GPU power to mine precious bitcoins which can make thousands.

There's a solution to every IT issue.

I'll suggest you a few must have things to run:

Malwarebytes - I personally run this one frequently. It will catch most of the bad stuff. It doesn't include real time protection though. You'll have to scan now and then.

Combofix - A little less popular but REALLY effective. You run this once and it will do a really intensive scan. Make sure to disable any antiviruses before starting. And I personally suggest not touching your computer while this is ongoing.

Roguekiller - More similar to malwarebytes and free too.

I'd run all of them but not simeltaniously. Take your time and let your PC do it's thing.

I'm also not 100% saying that this is the issue. I'm just saying it's a possibility.

As a last resort, if nothing anyone suggests works, reinstall the OS. Its a pain to do, but gets rid of just about every virus, and fixes most problems. If it still isnt fixed, then you might have a hardware problem.

Sounds like your graphics card may be dead or possibly faulty. Try checking GPU temperature or GPU load while running minecraft.
