Hello Im Coleman Potts!
Today Im Putting Together A Team
It Will Consist Of 10 Pepole
-3 Builders - 15%
-1 Graphics Designer 10%
-3 Developers 10%
-2 Web Developers - 10%
- 1 Manager (Me) - 5%

TOS
-Joining a team is a big commitment don't join if you don't have the time
-All Paychecks will be sent via Paypal Friends and Familey
-You Must Be Available For Discord At Least 2 Time's A Week
-I Have The Option To Kick You From The Team If I Need To

See this is one of the problems I have with teams like this. The Builder if good should get more then 10% and without a doubt the manager should get less.. And who says if you didn't like the person any more you will just kick them and all their work will be gone.

I rarely kick as a member is part of the team! I'm just like a coach for a football team! I try and make you better not just kick you! And also the only reason I'd kick is if they griefed in anyway really![DOUBLEPOST=1467583467][/DOUBLEPOST]
