[~100-200$ Budget] Looking for a highly experienced economy balancer for a OP prison server

Hello!
We're looking for someone with previous experience in balancing OP prison server economies.
To keep things clear, no actual configuring is needed. You will be shared a Google sheet with everything important in it for you to just start filling away.

Your role involves balancing both the token and cash economies.
In terms of the cash economy, it would involve everything from planning the ore / block sell prices, to rankup and prestige costs.
Since it is an OP prison, there will be many prestiges, but you can use a multiplier in the cost for this part.

For tokens, it would involve planning how enchants work in terms of their proc rates, level up costs, and also help with fitting the enchants with block-breaking effects to the cash economy. This means going over our current radiuses and giving suggestions for whether to nerf or make them more OP.
