$100 Advertising budget Playerbase 5-10

Hi my server is play.LivelyMC.com website http://LivelyMC.com I don't really like my playerbase atm which is 5-10 it's mostly the same people I want more people different donators more of a community so someone on here with a pretty high Rep has offered me a 20-30 playerbase for $100. Although it might not work so can I get some advice for what I should do with the $100.
