$100 Advertising Help

I got $100 to Spend on Advertising so I need help on a couple of things
1. What should I do with $100 (Please go into detail don't just tell me get slots or YouTubers tell me how many hours and the youtuber i should get like how many subs/views)
2. How much would I have to spend in order to get a 20-30 playerbase
3. Recommend me some YouTubers with an average amount of views of 5k+?

Can't do much 100$. Rent .org time (1 - 2 hours will get 250 - 450 unique players). Find a youtuber with active subscribers to begin a series on your server.
