I currently don't have a name for it, although it was hosted on a server of mine called BreachedMC for about two months.What's the name of the setup? Custom plugins? Domains?

I only have one domain, play.breachedmc.com.
I am selling this as files rather than a community server. So you can name it whatever you'd like, I don't care.
Vaults are like WoW guild banks, you can store items and money in there and set permissions for faction ranks to allow them to remove items and money from the faction vault.
Coins are just the currency of the server, and the vault coins is just the amount of coins stored in the vault for removal to be used in the server store or wherever.

I've recieved buyout offers from Mineca.de at $3,000, DestinyCraft was also interested. And two other smaller servers at around $1,500 and the other wanted to purchase everything with source code on a non redistribute contract for $5,000
So, starting bid at the moment is probably out of some small server's budgets. But this is high quality, well designed, and extremely profitable factions content.
If someone wants to purchase it and me to never redistribute it, it'll obviously be a premium price. Otherwise, feel free to take a ready to go zip of the server with spawn and all at around $500.
And if someone wants to purchase all of the content including domain and website of BreachedMC with about 1,000 users still on there after a few months. You're more than welcome to talk to me about that as well..
