$100 for a 1.6.4 Bukkit plugin to blacklist packets being spammed from a mod

Hello,

First of all, I apologize if this is in the wrong category. I need a plugin made, but it's to stop packets being sent through a mod on my server. I run an attack of the B-Team server that is being attacked by people sending a lot of packets through the config mod. They coded a script that just does this 24/7, and my server's been crashing non stop for over 24 hours.

There are so many resources out there that stop this... But for older servers. Mojang patched these kinds of things way later, as my server is from around 2014.

I can pay hourly, or for the whole project if needed. My budget is $100 and if you're able to get it done quickly I'll tip on top of that. I've lost more than that in revenue, and I don't run my server for profit. All my money goes back into patches and dupe fixes, and stopping hackers.

What I need is a plugin that can blacklist packets from being sent to the server. This is my crash report:

I am pretty much as desperate as it gets. I'll give you any mod jar you want, I'll give you console access, I'll give you my leg if you ask. I don't want to lose my community.
