Today I am looking for someone to either sell or create a high-quality Factions spawn that's between 100 x 100 and 200 x 200. I don't mind whether or not it's pre-made or built specifically to my request, but if it's pre-made, you must include proof that you built it. My budget is around $100 USD. This is tentative and is based on various factors. It should include:

High-Quality Detail
Enchantment Area
Placeholders for NPC's
Enderchests and Anvils
5-7 Portals
1.7/1.8 Materials
Enclosed Spawn (Can't Leave)

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the following terms - these are automatically agreed to upon ordering from me:

All the payments must be made through Paypal's Friends and Family function.
Charging back, reversing payments or attempting to receive your money back is not allowed. Any attempt to will result in a dispute.
A 50% upfront payment must be sent prior to me beginning working - another 50% payment will be sent after my services are completed.*
