$1000 - Budget - Looking for medium server

Hey, as the title explains I'm currently looking for a single server to add to my network. The server must already be established and have a fairly decent player base (30+ daily peaks).

The server cannot be Towny or Skyblock as these are our existing game modes, also it must contain all the files and everything relevant to the server i.e the discord and domains.
