My budgets max per person would be about $300 but may change depending on the views and amount of subscribers you have.

REQUIREMENTS
500+ Views per video.
A Proper Mic.
If possible making a LP Video.
At least more than 2,000 Subscribers (There can be exceptions depending on the views you get).
As long as you get a lot of views you are able to negotiate with me with the payment you are going to receive.

Have you ever considered Google advertising.

The service for starters gets your website on the first page of google, this is effective because only 75% of the population that use the internet view the first page only.
Depending on your budget and package will result in how many people join your server, also will target people ages 10-20 that play Minecraft this includes your keywords used for the campaign.
Each campaign give your website back links and premium back links, which is how people view your website or join your server.

I read the thread, I was offering something better than youtube, unless you can afford a youtube with 50k - 1M subs +.

Edit: Might I add you're attempting to hire people with no rep/vouches be very careful.

I'm open to sending a couple bucks to smaller youtubers, still waiting for a couple big dogs though
