• Square shape, 4 roads leading out
• Room for 4 portals
• Straight roads, non fantasy/dirt
• Spaces for anvil
• Spaces for crates
• Spaces for enchant tables/shelves
• Should be elevated 5 blocks above terrain with nice walls
• Should have more than 30 minutes of effort put into it and look decent
