Hey there,

today i'm selling my 100x100 faction spawn.
I'm selling this since the commissioner it was for wanted a different kid of commission.

If you would like to see a few little things changed, than that wouldn't be a problem

Starting bid: $30,-
Bid increasement: $5,-
Reserve bid: $50,-

Starting bid seems a bit high. If you're not comfortable with the bidding, you can always add an auction reserve. Say if you make the reserve $50, you will not sell it until the bid is over $50. Anyways, should lower starting bid to around $20. Looks great, otherwise. GLWS.

thx I will consider lowering it, or scraping the action method since $45,- is already pretty cheap
