100x100 HCF Spawn (By HCGames Builder)

Hello MCM, So I've decided to quit my hcf server and Minecraft in general. So i might as well sell my old server worlds etc. So Basically this is a custom HCF Spawn Built By The HcGames Builders all custom. it's 100x100 and very detailed, it comes a place for a shop, Crates, and a place to fish. If you would like as a bundle i would sell you A nether and end, and if you would like for free roads. I will be selling this for 40 USD and if you would like to buy right away you may pay 60 ( I payed 70 for it). Now here are some pictures of The Spawn itself.

$60 seems a bit overpriced for the spawn's quality its a good spawn but I would put the Buy it now as like $35-40.

I have to agree with Arches here. I would say that in order to be a builder for a individual server all of your focus has to be there and they are your main priority. If the person who made this worked for many other servers he is more than likely just a person doing commissions and has no place to call home.

Based on the thread, Aether is not affiliated with the HCGames server, they have hired us for multiple builds but we are not the official build team or 'Builder' for their server. Some of the people that have said this spawn should be this amount blah blah blah; are wasting their times, This spawn was made to match Coiled's Servers requirements and suited it perfectly for what he needed it for. I did see one comment saying it looked like 50x50? as the title states it's 100x100.. 50x50 wouldn't be able to fit 3 of those houses on there.
