Please don't say "The price depends on your budget" because that's telling me that you are trying to extract as much money out of me as possible. I will pay according to your prices and what you quote, i've spent enough time searching for a good builder, i can detect whether you are here for "easy cash" or you are actually serious so please don't waste my time. Following this, i don't want to speak on skype until you have posted your portfolio and your prices in this thread. It would take me ages to have to speak to everyone through skype.
