100x100 Spawn

I need a roughly 100x100 area with builds. Similar to the screenshots provided. There would be a spawn point, and then a stairwell down to the main area. In the center of the main area, a giant portal. Houses to the left and the right, with little `market-places` to put Villagers. As well as pedastals to put other NPCs and Crates, etc.

The overall size needs to be ~ 300x300. That should mostly be terraforming, to give the spawn a natural/fantasy feel. Large trees, etc.
