$700 is a HUGE budget - or at least for me.
My number one tip is to get Youtubers, but don't spend more than 1/4 of that on them. They are expensive for what they do - they bring players, but they will just move on to the next server they record on...
Next, I'd chuck a load of cash into slots as they seem to be good.
