I'm currently selling a high quality Ice Hub. There are 4 portals, and 4 signs on which you can write the name of the server the portals direct to. The Hub is very detailed and can be edited to fit your needs if you want some things changed.

The build can be slightly edited to fit your needs.

Terms of Service:
- You are not allowed to resell the map unless permission is given by creator (MooshyTracks).
- This map will not be resold by the creator (MooshyTracks) unless permission is given by the buyer.
- Creator (MooshyTracks) has complete rights over the map and has all the rights to re-use in a future build. (Buyer will be informed)
- Buyer has usage rights over the map and can re-use parts of the build in a future build, creator (MooshyTracks) must be informed.

They do, however I must be informed of who is getting the spawn and on what server it's being used on.

I do not care about how much they sell it for or what's their reasoning to sell it, I just prefer keeping track of what server is using my builds so if I see the build on another server, I would know if they are allowed to use it or not. Also it is my business, because whether or not I own the build after selling it, it remains something I have built.

To make it simple;
You are allowed to sell it to whoever you want, for however much, under any terms you want as long as I know who's using the spawn on what server.

Calling it stupid is a bit over the top. I would also like to know where my builds are being used, even if its to determine whether it was resold or just stolen. I've had occasions of this.

Also, If he wants to set those terms thats his choice. If most buyers share your opinion, that's also his problem.
