What I need:
64x64 (chunk) Terrain
The full area should be all ocean
The world should be naturally generated (meaning there are cave systems under the ocean)
At least 3 monster spawner rooms (zombie, zombie, skeleton)
Ten islands spread around the area.
Each island should be no larger than 50x50.
Every island should be terraformed to look appealing: custom palm trees, rocks, etc.
Biomes should match accordingly: islands biomed to be forests/islands, ocean biomed to be lukewarm, etc.
Coral reefs in parts of the ocean.
