I have a custom kingdoms server (factions remake) with turrets, custom tnt, hover chat, upgradeable perks for kingdoms, etc. The server is not open yet so we dont really have a player base but I and one other guy develop all of our custom plugins as well as websites and other stuff. If you wanna check it out before we open up to the public just pm me and ill give you the ip and add you on skype :p
