1. You don't need a budget to provide prices (Terrible Negotiation)
2. The conversation lasted 5 minutes with repeated spam from yourself by sending multiple messages instead of 1 at a time

The fact of the matter is, you lost a client with a big budget after you failed to provide prices

Don't care about big budgets.
