10k each direction custom factions terrain

Hello I'm making a faction server currently. I currently have a custom 160 by 160 spawn, but I'm looking for a builder that can build everything i need for my server. I mostly need someone for the custom terrain, i want it all to have a nice snow/icespike feel, as we are a custom winter themed factions server! After that maybe we can discusss custom outpost and etc.
For my warzone, I don't need anything to special, as it will be map 1, and I'm trying to keep the cost down as possible though I will spend tons of money making this server. I'm just looking for a nice factions terrain, nothing to big/mountains and etc that will annoy players where their bases will be, like the corners. Just looking for some trees, and a nice wintery vibe.
