10k Faction Map

[Futurize]

I am looking for a world creator that can make the following map:

- 20k x 20k (10k in each direction)
- 1k x 1k around 0,0 should be plains biome
- Y 40-45 in the 1k buffer around border (or entire world)
- Border should be mostly deep ocean (y 10 floor level) and sand/sandstone(sand on top, sandstone to bedrock) only biomes with a few vanilla and clay biomes
- Flat bedrock
- Slightly increased ores

What? That is completely wrong. 10k in each direction = 20k altogether.

<number> x <number> typically means (if both numbers are the same) that thats how far the build goes along in each direction from the center, so a 101 x 101 spawn would be 50 from the middle block in each direction however it will be 100 long from each side. Idk if its mathematically correct but on MCM that's what people mean by that.

Just had to confirm since in world painter, 20kx20k means 10k in each direction. I don't want any confusion.
