Look at his channel before offering, it seems that his audience has died after being inactive for 5 months. Despite getting a lot of views, the interactions he gets with the audience is low (e.g. likes and comments) therefore you can't guarantee that the views are legit perhaps? Plus all of his videos consist of "giveaways" and none minecraft what so ever so not sure how someone will benefit from this.

You're missing the point. The majority of his videos involve free giveaways. Not one of his recent 30-40 videos involved Minecraft.

Why would it make sense to advertise to a crowd that is not interested in Minecraft, and that only wants free stuff?

That would be like Lamborghini advertising to people who can't even afford a used car.
