10x10 Chunk Base design

Hello, I am leader of Narwhals, faction on TheArchon Onyx realm.
We are currently looking for a 10x10 chunk base design as mentioned in the title. No budget, only hiring top tier experienced builders.
The server has chunk hoppers, so no ellaborate storage system needed

Base needs to include:
- 4 Blaze grinders, able to hold atleast 100 blazes each.
- Dump chest
- Protected chest
- above the main base design there shall be a chest room which will hold the spawner drops,
around 100 double chest per chunk (essentially a hall of chest throughout the entire 10x10 chunks but well designed.
