- 2 enchantment stations

- 5 info boards (we can build more if you need them)
- custom mine
- pavillion (may be used as a rank list)

I think the highest price u should do is a starting bid of $15 and BIN of $35. No offense but this spawn lacks detail.[DOUBLEPOST=1426793159,1426792972][/DOUBLEPOST]Let me restate. It doesn't lack detail it just lacks complexity. Its just a lot of terraforming and not an actually building.
