Could you link me his post? I want to be alot of videos. Why was I ignored for asking $15 a video? MinersRecipe has essentially the same number of subs and gets more views...and he is charging $15 or LESS per video if you buy a series...
Ignoring is very unprofessional and does not give you a good reputation. If you have a price in mind, just say it so that people know rather than having to pm random offers. I would have paid more, but obviously, you don't understand how bargaining works.
I simply had no interest in the offer, my expectation is that you come at me with a price you think is fair, if I don't particularly like the offer I'm not in a rush to respond, especially when I have plenty of other more appealing offers.[DOUBLEPOST=1439164875,1439164635][/DOUBLEPOST]Also everyone keeps mentioning this MinersRecipe guy to me, if you look at the content on his channel all of the types of videos are very click bait and the few server promotions he has done, don't even perform half as well as those click bait videos. His channel does not perform well when it is a series or more long-form content in general. Compare my top videos to his. My channel has over 25 episodes of series with over 5k views which shows that my videos have a large potential to blow up beyond that initial 24 hours because of my knowledge of analytics and tags. I run a server myself and am simpling hiring myself out to try and get a little gas money / find a few more series in order to produce more content for my subscribers. If you have any issues with this feel free to leave, it won't bother me.Why was I ignored for asking $15 a video? I honestly don't have a price, I base it off of the server's quality, the amount of videos being ordered, and how much I like the server I am being asked to record on. If I don't genuinely see myself getting any enjoyment out of a server I'm not going to record on it.So how much do you charge per video or for a series?
Rage I respect you as a person and I have donated on Overkill and from experience with some of my friends channels (one with 1k subs, one with 2k subs.) Sometimes using a click bait title can only inflate the views as people who watch the video find out that they do not watch all the way through. Sometimes putting a more truthful title can keep a viewer interested and then convert that viewer into a unique player. Sometimes it is not about a view count, it is about a quality view. A more quality view has a higher chance of getting a unique player. We should also not forget that MinersRecipe does not upload as consistant as you causing you to have more a more total view count. That is all, feel free to point out any false information. I am extremly interested in this offer.
I believe I have added youI have a very unique, custom network. It has bending/towny, with custom moves by our development team. Bending is based on Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra TV series. The 2nd server is the rpg server, which has magic, movecraft, brewery, and marriages. Our 3rd server is a towny/semi vanilla survival server, with a few unique plugins such as mythicdrops and jobs to make it more unique. The last server is creative, which you can rank up after being judged by a judge and get to build in the advanced world with bigger plots (256x256). We have a peak of around 100 players on weekends.
Hit me up on Skype to discuss the other stuff: gpukid
Paying $30+ for a video depending on what you're feeling like.
