Okay so you guys are requesting more Detail:

Sunraids has been a Factions server for around 1 year now and has had a jumping playerbase being 90+ on the last release, Although Playerbase has nothing to do with the product I am currently selling considering I had sold the Domain.

So right now I am selling the plugins of which we have (41), Some of which being "Premium" stating (KOTH, Featherboard, LiteBans, MysteryMobSpawner, TagsGUI) these obviously all come as one with the "Server file"

The spawn / Warzone is one Schematic you can use to load in Worldedit, This was schematiced from the past of the server:
