I've recently been in the mood to go ham and start making hcf spawns and I made an extra that I wanted to sell here on mc market. The spawn is 130x130 has an area for a villager shop, crates, and signs for koths.
I am only doing a BIN, but if you are interested and cant afford the BIN just pm me and we can talk.

Just added a bin, 30$ forgot to add when i wrote this up.

No its not, its just simple buildings with some water and tress....

I base my price the same way I've been doing it for years.
Time, Quality, Uniqueness, and Exclusiveness...
Each spawn I make has at least 3 different buildings and is exclusive, I don't re use anything, but the trees.
