I would like to start off by saying that I am NOT the owner of this site. The owner of this site offered me to auction this site and receive a share from the sale itself. The official owner of the site is Pearson Wright.

I doubt anyone on MCM has enough money to pay for something like this. 14k is a lot and I doubt you'd want to sell something like this for less than 14k unless if running it is very difficult? Can the owner clarify why he wants to sell or is he just wanting to see how much he can get for it?

We're in urgent need of capital for several new projects. Otherwise, we wouldn't be trying to sell it.

I don't know and I don't think he has something in mind. I believe he is looking for a 4 figure number but again, I don't know. I forward him all the bids and he decides[DOUBLEPOST=1549140894][/DOUBLEPOST]Update:
It takes time until Pearson responds so if you have multiple questions I suggest asking them together so I'll be able to get all the responses at once

We need a substantial amount of capital now and don't have months to wait for Discord Center to accumulate the revenue necessary to finance what we're trying to do here.
