so I've wanted a phone ever since I turned 8, its been what half my life? anyways
my dad gave me my moms old phone she did not like this at all and was a bitch 96% of the time in the first month i got it anyways long story short the phones lcd went bad (samsung s6, it was made in 2015) and I have the money to repair it but now BOTH my parents won't let me go buy a new one or repair it, I'm going to turn 15 on the 28th of this month and not having a phone has given me real problems. I don't have alot of irl friends and the ones I do don't use discord or like any pc-related messenger so I always have to call/text them through my moms phone and its a fucking hassle I try avoiding it all costs.

if they don't buy you a phone at least tell them to make the bday gift a permission for you to get one for yourself with your own money. Work, save, tryhard mc-market and buy it online, the rest is just paying for the number or however it works in your country.
