You're pretty much skrewed, idk why you can't access certain sites but if you can just uninstall the spamware (your anti-virus) so you can use craigslist... you can also call and text on pc I'm pretty sure.

solo Go to protonvpn, make an account. Make a new google account while on protonvpn. Then do google voice from that. If needed, you can load credits onto the google voice account.

Yea ik he has discord, what does that have anything to do with anything and how is it funny? that's literally what I meant, you can use google voice (ik he tried and it failed but it's not like he just can't try to somehow make it run), you can also call and text with certain software on windows (though you may need an actual phone for that so i'm not sure).

I can't help you much, but that's too strict. Since you are 15, and it's gonna be your 16th birtday soon, why don't you try to work? Working at some McDonalds or somewhere for some minimum paycheck could be good for you.

You can easily use voice.google.com all you need to do is sign up with an actual phone number and they give you a completely different one. Its actually very useful for signing up for stuff you don't want to have your main phone number linked to, etc. However, as you do not have your own phone number all of these messages are forwarded to the main phone number on the account (one of your parents). I'm not too sure but you might be able to just disable this feature.

The receiver dose not need Skype. You can also call to mobiles.
