My youtube has an average of 20 views and I try to post regularly but I can't find servers to record on I will record on your server atleast 2x times WEEKLY only for 1-5$ per week. Also if you start struggling with server I will pardon the pay for a week or two and you will not need to owe me for those weeks.

I get 10-15 views with 25 subs and i do it for free. 100 Views is equal to about 1 dollar.

You should be doing this for free to gain your player base, let alone theirs at this level.
