How would I go about putting it on my survival server? Do you know which folder in the FTP or what kind of download this is, I'm assuming another world

This is either a worldfile or a schematic. In both cases Worldedit would be strongly recommended, unless you want it to stay in the world it is in.
You simply need to use an FTP manager like filezilla to upload it to wherever the rest of the worlds on your server are.
Then I recommend something like multiverse or Multiworld to access it.

Yes, It's a schematic.

in case of a schematic, you need worldedit installed. Once it is, simply go to plugins-worldedit-schematics and throw it in there, then type //schematic load name ingame, and //paste -a it where you want it.
