[ 150x150 ] SELLING DETAILED FACTIONS SPAWN

Hey,

I'm here today on behalf of my friend. We are selling a factions spawn made primarily from wood. The size is 150x150 and it includes a (small) shop, crate area, enchantment area, staff area, and donation area (or rules area).

I'm going to say this now. As an experienced builder, I don't believe this is 150x150. Nor is it worth $100 as BIN.

I mean a bin is just a number. If you don't want to buy it then leave... Also I don't think Jake was trying to be a smart ass sir.[DOUBLEPOST=1496976827][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm working on a spawn right now that is 150x150, it looks at least double this size. I could provide an image, though that would be silly. You can compare this to any 75x75 spawn and see a strong similarity in size.
$50-$60 is appropriate for BIN. The BIN should be considerably buyable. So think to yourself "Would I buy this for $100".

I'm merely offering advice and constructive criticism, take it or leave it. Don't be a smart ass.

Also are you not taking his FOV into account?

His FOV wouldn't matter as there are multiple screenshots. You can keep trying to justify my point while also trashing the thread if you want.

I'll take a video of me counting the side of the whole build if that would help?

SwiftBeatz As an extremely seasoned builder of 5+ years, I'm afraid it IS close to 150x150. 100x100 builds are deceptively small. Each time I try to make a 100x100 spawn, it ends up 150x150 or more.

I was a builder before I was a terraformer, and I've kept up a decent level of skill even if I dont enjoy it as much anymore.
