Here is my first build, YAY! Ok so this is one hub with 4 portals with some organics on, and around, the hub. I'm not sure about the price or what things are really worth or what in the build makes the price. So tell me what you think, Thank you.

You have put some mountains with worldedit, trees too, after that you build a house with 4 exit ways and that's all. Sorry but this not worth even $50. You should take a look to other builds and see what kind of details they have and what price have too.

Um what? I'm seriously confused. I have four portals I have trees I have a mountainous range around the map I don't need mountains inside of the map that would look weird. and instead of saying this isn't worth $ please say I think it's worth $ that would be nice so I can find a range that fits instead of me moving the price around around.

because I'll just make a new one. I'll just drop this one down to 15 and pitch it. I don't know what to fix.

When you make a price change you should change the price on first post because when a player come on your theard and seee that first price in the next second will close your theard, even if you post 10 for example you wrote that you changed the price.
You should make a change like that for example
BIN: $45 > $20 for example.
