Just added it? try and restart the server (in-case you plugman added it).
If that doesn't work, another plugin might be doing it.

I added it before + it worked before the prefixes idk why its not working now

The pex file didnt work so i sent it to my friend he fixed the file but prefixes dont work now

It needs to be

I noticed your options section, "default: true" should be spaced +2 from options
