that's quite little for such a huge map. Most decent terraformers start at twice that and go up from there.

Depending on the number of biomes, I myself would charge at least $300. Biomes and size are the biggest factors in my pricing, so knowing the number of biomes and what the biomes are would change that rate substantially.
