He have proof of build so he obviously did not break the rule of privacy. Can you guys atleast tell how it is similar to the downloaded map? Because the only similiar thing I saw is the tower which have different colours and the top of it have similiar shapes. Come on how many shapes is there in this world?

You just need to remove and add some things to the build. In this case, he changed the block colors, (world edit) and then just removed the glass. It's not that hard to do that.
