16GB or 32GB?

I have 32GB of DDR4 3000MHZ Corsair Vengeance LPX ram. I like to edit videos and I was wondering if 16GB is enough to edit videos as well as be very productive and play games. Should I keep all 32GB or should I sell 16GB or 8GB? lmk

Keep it all but what you want is a good graphcis card

Not sure what a graphcis card is. As for my graphics card, I'm going for a 1060 6GB

Most stuff doesn't even utilize that much ram.... 16 or 32 he will be fine.

GTA 5 PC; I had 8GB of ram, after playing for awhile and going very fast in cars my frames would spike and skip, upgraded to 32GB and everything was fixed. No spiking.

The recommended amount is 8GB. I play with 16GB and have never had an issue, never ever, ever. Either your RAM was just slow, or it was another issue. Back to the OP thread, this has to do more with the GPU and not so much RAM.

32gb seems overkill to me... I'm more than happy with 16gb even when playing, editing, photoshopping... Never ran out of RAM, ever.
