This means that this is non-exclusive, in that case i'd recommend lowering the price by a lot, and clearly stating it HAS been sold before.

It must have been stolen from me... and then possibly passed down.

The world was in a FTP with a few owners, but the server didnt release. It is possible they could have taken it.
