What do you mean with bots? Do you mean 10-30 random players joining and just standing there?
No 200-300 bots..
Stopping botattacks is not about plugins that much, it's more of a power thing I recommend setting up multible lobbies (around 6) and enable authme bot protection on all of them!
Actually plugins do stop bots as some plugins require a captcha to join a server where as a bot can't do a captcha and a human can
Get the plugin Anti-Bot, it has a feature where it checks for VPNs/proxies and doesn't allow them to join if they're using them. It doesn't block all, but it's very useful and should block most. It also has other features. Get something to block people from talking in chat unless they move. Set within 3 or so blocks of all warps to disallow them from talking in chat with world guard. That should block them.
