A quick little introduction...
I'm a 13 year old boy from the United Kingdom who is willing to help out with applications, interviews & managing staff members to be trained well and organised. I am incredibly mature and I'm able to handle such a role that is most likely difficult.
Now, before you begin saying I'm quite young... That's right & you may think that my services may be much more unprofessional and less organised. Well you're wrong, age can sometimes determine a few things but in my case it's a different story. I've always been judged by my age. I'm always called "immature" or "unprofessional" just cause of my age, and the people haven't even spoke to me, or even interact with me. Please don't re-consider your decisions of hiring me as a staff manager.
My Responsibilities
My responsibilities as a Staff Manager will be to decide on applications, interview users & make sure the staff team are doing a good job and are working well together. I'm willing to dedicate all my hard-work to the role & willing to do moderation as well on the server.
Why shall you choose me?
First of all, I think I will do a good job on your server. I'm willing to help your server to reach it's limits and make sure you have the most skillful & experienced staff members in order for your server to be hacker-free. Second of all, my service is free. My service is quite good for a free service and you won't regret hiring me. I have the experience & knowledge on how to make a successful staff team conquer.
My Experience in Staffing in General
I'm quite an experienced Moderator/Administrator as I've been playing minecraft for 3 years (including the cracked version) and I've learnt so much stuff over those years. I know how to handle most situations you throw at me, I can handle a big player base as I've been staff on multiple servers (SpainPvP, TheParkMC & and numerous of small servers). Those 2 servers itself were quite big communities that are progressing. TheParkMC is currently under maintenance.
TheParkMC
I first started playing TheParkMC back in the earlier days. Unfortunately the age restriction back then was 13, and I was younger so I just applied anyway to see what I'd get and turns out I'd get denied anyway. So I decided to grind TheParkMC and I just found it boring after that. So I Minecraft in general for about 1-2 years & returned with a incredibly adrenaline looking attitude. I then applied for staff when I was about 12 (about to turn 13), I was accepted for an interview. I then flopped the interview completely considering it was literally my first time getting interviewed on ThePark and it was even more nervous that I had like the Owner (Kurdie) come watch & listen. It was quite nerve-racking. That didn't make me give up. I then decided to apply again and I was accepted for an interview once more. This time I was incredibly confident and I still did mess up in some places but I thought I did good. Unfortunately I was denied for the 2nd time. I was like: "Why not re-apply once more? 3rd time could be the charm?". Turns out it was the charm. I re-applied and got accepted and I completely aced the interview. I was then DM'd by a staff member to notify me that I was accepted. I was incredibly happy as it was one of those servers I really enjoyed until it started getting repetitive. I was helper for about 3 months which was VERY long and people usually get promoted on their first month but I had maturity issues which then I handled and was promoted to Moderator. At that time I thought ThePark was getting boring itself and decided to resign. I still keep updated though.
SpainPvP
I first started playing SpainPvP about a month ago. I decided to apply straight away as SpainPvP was VERY enjoyable as it was my first time playing. It had all the nostalgic gamemodes like SG, FFA, 1v1s. It was great and still is! I was accepted and I was kinda curious on how SpainPvP's interviews went. I was quite nervous but for my first ever time applying I was accepted to be a staff member on SpainPvP. My interview was pretty good and not the greatest which kinda concerns me. I was still nevertheless happy with my result/outcome. Basically I passed my training & then came the trial. The trial I couldn't keep up with at all because I had school stuff to do at all times but now I'm completely free of that and able to moderate/administrate for a long time. The trial was in my opinion difficult as I didn't have much time back then. I tried and tried but I was unfortunately demoted as I didn't do too well in the trial. I was thinking to re-apply but I found all of that quite difficult.
+ I'm Currently Manager on ShieldMC

Server Requirements
(The only reason I've implemented this is because I want to help out a popular network of some sort or a popular server.)
Solo Server
30+ players.

A decent setup Teamspeak.

Why am I doing this?
Well in my opinion, I think Staff Management is a very fun thing to do, ever since I've gotten into all this I wanted to help out a server that's very popular and managing the staff team, considering people once again judge me for my age... It's quite difficult + slots are taken. I'm willing to help out your server a lot, and I hope you hire me.
My Schedule
(Week-days) Don't have a schedule, I'm on everyday after 4-5pm till 9-10pm GMT.
(Week-ends) 1pm till 3am GMT.
In Conclusion
I hope you consider me to be a Staff Manager on your server. I hope my age does not change your decision at all. + I hope you can also see that I've put tons of effort into this, thank you for reading.
