Server Details:
Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA
CPUs: 2 x Intel Xeon L5630 (8c/16t)
RAM: 12 x 8GB DDR3 ECC @ 1333 Mhz (96GB)
SSD/HDD: 2 x 250GB Samsung 850 Evo SSD (RAID-1)

2.1 GHz is quite poor for MC hosting. Most hosts are using 3GHz+
