Hello Mc-Market Users, this is my second time posting a similar thread because the first time I got scammed out of ... too much money. This time I'm playing it safe and am even willing to do this by myself. A partner would also be nice but I am now going to be more picky and have requirements.

Partnership Requirements (I am not looking to invest in your server)
- Match my budget
- PST or EST
- I will be handing all transactions
- Open to OP Faction, HCF, or Skyblock... (I would also like to hear your idea)
- Add something to the team other then money
- Able to sign a contract
- Must be VERY active

If you feel more comfortable I am able to sign a contract and prove my identity... I expect for you to do the same.

Like I said in the first message I am not afraid to start a server all by myself, but if you are looking to be an employee rather then a partner you could also hit me up. When I say employee I mean a manager or someone to run the server and build it up.

Employee Requirements
- Has built a server up before (Proof or it did not happen)
- Paid either weekly or monthly (Do not drain my wallet please)
- Has connections (Ex. Devs, Builders, Configs, Staff, etc)
- Must be VERY active


Lastly, people who are looking at this thread and want to contact me to pitch their server or sell me a server I am not interested and would prefer it if you did not waste our time.

All of those types of server's that you listed are some of the hardest things to get going even with an investment..

I agree those gamemode are hard to get going, but once we do it is easy for them to be profitable. Do you have a gamemode to suggest?

Nope, because right now in general its hard to get a server started. There are leading server's with all gamemodes right now.
