If you bought a plugin from the ''resources'' section and it's not working, you can report it with screenshots/videos of the features that don't work.I don't know if you can get a refund, but you can push the developer to fix his issues with the plugin.

Go to this link. Fill out the form, with accurate information; no "i lost 1k but not really just pls help me". Mention that you did receive the plugin, but that it's not working and there are features missing. MCM staff members will help you along from there.
