A 1v1 arena isn't worth anywhere near 15$

They aren't worth more than 2$ MAX. (non-exclusive)

1) It does look good, I'm a network owner not the builder. I just wanna sell/get rid of all my builds, and yes I own them and can sell them but I did not build them. Still it looks good and is not made to have "some trees, houses, etc" since it's made for PVP which means it's better to have a flat area so players can run around and pvp without being annoyed by a bunch of other blocks and layers.
