1vs1/Dueling Plugin // Budget $25 (Experienced Dev Needed)

Hi I am looking for a custom 1vs1 plugin, I know that a lot of people sell ones here but most are awful, with many flaws and do not fulfil the features I need.

Features:
Must have a GUI system, opened with /duel, /1v1 or /1vs1 - The GUI must show a list of players head and once the user clicks on a head a request to duel is sent to that player.
Alternatively the user can do /1vs1 (player) /duel (player) or /1vs1 (player)
To accept the request players do /1vs1 accept /duel accept or /1vs1 accept
Must allow multiple arenas so multiple games can go on at a time.
Must allow custom kits. (Not per arena just allow me to edit the global kit that is for every arena)
Must work with multiple-worlds as I will be running this on my faction server.

But I forgot to add Multi-World arenas, then he started saying "I don't like your work", and stuff. When the plugin was working perfectly fine. I told him I could add Multi-World arenas, but he said "I don't like your work", and It completely wasted my time.
