2 commands added to a plugin Paying 60$ usd

Im adam I have been looking for someone for about 2 to 3 weeks now to find a
java developer that can add 2 commands to a plugin for me
first command
/h clearchest i would select the areas of the house then type /h clearchest it would clear all the items in the chest/furnaces/dispensers/hoppers
second command
/h linkchest class number the class is the class of the house the number is the number of the house so when i like it makes it so only people that are added to the house can open the chest
You can make it so when you look at the chest and type it would link it OR
make it so i select the house with want and type it and it would link all the chests in the house

The dev said you are allowed to edit the plugin he even gives u the source code
