2 Custom Plugins

Hello Everyone,
I am TechniGaming the owner of the upcoming EternalSkyBlock server. I am currently looking for 2 custom RPG plugins that will help make the server a bit different to some other Skyblock servers.

The first plugin I need making is 'RPG NPCQuests'. It would need to be able to run alongside ProQuests with no interferences maybe by changing commands to /rpgquests and other commands along similar lines. It would need to have a basic permissions system where I can give out the ability to firstly Right Click NPC's to get quests and ones to be able to open the 'Quests GUI' which tracks all the quests available and in particularly the one you are 'tracking' at that time. I would need to be able to setup which NPCs can give quests, the quests they can give and the rewards. The second plugin I am in need of making is a Dungeon/Boss plugin. I would need to be able to create dungeons and add mob spawnpoints as well as being able to choose what mobs and maybe their names. It would also be great if I could link some form of boss plugin into this to create the best experience for the players. It would be great if the plugin could have rewards given for ending the dungeon and have a dungeon party in which only 1 team can complete it at a time.

I would love to have quotes along with if you can complete EITHER of these requests because I obviously want them to be done as cheap as possible. Once I've found someone for both plugins (could be for both or 2 people for each 1) I will lock the thread.

Mythic Mobs + DungeonsXL could maybe do this?
